How your parcel travels.

Where we ship to, how we pack, who carries it, and how long it takes. If anything goes wrong on the journey, this page also explains what we do about it.

Where we ship

We ship across all serviceable PIN codes in India. If our courier partners can't deliver to your address, we'll let you know within one working day of your order and refund any amount you've paid.

International shipping is available by request to most countries (we've sent jars as far as Toronto, Sydney, and Stuttgart). Write to orders@nvanshubh.com with your shipping address and we'll quote you a delivery cost and timeline.

Our courier partners

For domestic orders we use a small set of reliable couriers, choosing per order based on what works best for your location:

  • Bluedart — for metro and Tier-1 cities, usually fastest
  • Delhivery — broad pan-India coverage including smaller towns
  • India Post Speed Post — for far-flung pincodes and budget-friendly delivery

For international orders we use DHL Express orIndia Post International EMS, depending on the destination and weight.

Order processing time

Because we make most of our products in small batches, we pack only against confirmed orders. Standard timeline:

  • Confirmation — within 1 working day of you placing the order (faster on WhatsApp during office hours)
  • Packing & dispatch — within 2 working days of payment received
  • Tracking number — shared with you on WhatsApp / email the moment your parcel leaves us

Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or after 5pm IST are processed the next working day.

Delivery timelines

Once dispatched, parcel time on the road depends on where you are:

These are working days — Mon–Sat, excluding national holidays. Total time from order to delivery is therefore typically 3–10 working days within India.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated per order, based on the destination pin code and total weight. We confirm the exact charge with you before we ask for payment — no hidden costs added later.

Typical ranges, for context:

  • Within Maharashtra — ₹70 to ₹150 for a small order
  • Rest of India — ₹100 to ₹250 for a small order, more for heavier parcels
  • International — varies widely (₹2,000+) by destination and weight

Free shipping on domestic orders above ₹2,000 during occasional promotions. Free-shipping eligibility is shown at checkout when applicable.

How we pack

Food and oil products are sealed at source, then wrapped in food-safe bubble film and packed into a corrugated box with shock-absorbing fill. Glass jars get a second layer of corrugated sleeve. Each parcel includes a small handwritten note with the batch dates of each item.

We use minimal plastic. Where possible we use kraft paper, jute twine, and recyclable corrugate. Bubble film is unavoidable for glass — we're looking for sustainable alternatives.

Tracking your parcel

The tracking number we send you links to the courier's own website. You can also reply on the WhatsApp thread anytime and we'll trace your parcel manually.

If a parcel doesn't move for more than 4 working days after dispatch, write to us — we'll escalate with the courier and update you within 24 hours.

Missed deliveries & wrong addresses

If the courier can't reach you on the first attempt, they typically try again the next working day. After 2–3 failed attempts most couriers return the parcel to us.

If your parcel comes back to us because of a wrong address, an unreachable phone number, or repeated absence, we'll:

  • Contact you and re-confirm the address
  • Re-ship at actual shipping cost (the original shipping is non-refundable in this case as the courier has charged us for the failed attempts)
  • Or refund the order value (minus the non-recoverable shipping) if you no longer want it

Please double-check your phone number and PIN code when ordering — most failed deliveries are caused by typos here.

If a parcel arrives damaged

We pack carefully, but couriers occasionally drop things. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or with broken contents, follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy: take photos, tell us within 48 hours, and we'll replace or refund the affected items at our cost.

International orders — extra notes

A few things to know if you're ordering from outside India:

  • Your country may charge customs / import duties on receipt. These are your responsibility — we cannot estimate or prepay them.
  • Some countries restrict imports of honey, ghee, or seeds. Please check your local rules before ordering — if your parcel is held or rejected at customs, we can only refund the order value minus any non-recoverable shipping fees.
  • Track-and-trace visibility is sometimes limited once the parcel hands over to your country's domestic post — this is normal.
