By accessing, browsing, or buying from nvanshubh.com you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. The date at the top of this page shows when these terms were last revised.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you're under 18, please order with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You agree to give us accurate information when placing an order — your real name, a working phone number, a valid delivery address, and a correct email if you provide one. We rely on this to deliver your order and to contact you if anything needs clarifying.

We make our goods in small batches and sometimes a product runs out between when you place an order and when we pack it. If that happens we'll contact you within one working day to discuss substitution or refund — your choice.

All prices on the site are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless noted. Shipping is calculated separately and confirmed with you before payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the order address falls outside our delivery network, or if a pricing error makes the listed price clearly incorrect. In all such cases any amount you've paid will be refunded in full.

Orders are currently confirmed over WhatsApp or email after you build a bag on the site. Once you confirm, we'll send a payment link or UPI ID. An order is treated as placed only after we receive payment AND we send you a written confirmation.

When card-based or gateway payment is enabled on the site, your payment is processed by a licensed third-party payment processor and we do not store your full card or bank details.

Delivery timelines, charges, and the regions we ship to are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Once a shipment leaves our workshop we share the tracking details with you. Delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, or local logistical issues are outside our direct control — we'll always help you trace and recover a delayed parcel.

Because most of our products are made in small food-safe batches, our returns and refunds work a little differently from a typical shop. Full details — including processing timelines and the conditions under which a refund is issued — are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

All photographs, product copy, illustrations, recipes, and brand marks (including "Nvanshubh", "Nvanshubh Creation and Prodution", and our logo) are the intellectual property of Nvanshubh Creation and Prodution and protected under Indian copyright and trade mark law.

You may share our pages and product listings privately or on personal social media. You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content commercially without our written permission.

Please don't do any of the following while using nvanshubh.com:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site
• Use bots or scrapers to harvest data
• Place orders fraudulently or with stolen payment details
• Post defamatory, obscene, or illegal content
• Use the site in a way that interferes with other users' enjoyment of it

We may suspend or close any account that breaches these rules, and where appropriate report it to the authorities.

We do our utmost to describe products accurately and ship them safely. That said, to the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost profits, reputational harm, or third-party costs — arising from your use of the site or our products, except where Indian law expressly disallows such limitation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nagpur, Maharashtra.

Before going to court, both parties agree to make a reasonable attempt to resolve disagreements directly — usually a phone call or email to orders@nvanshubh.com is enough.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version is the one published at this URL with the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes (e.g. significant changes to refund timelines) we'll also note them briefly on the home page for at least seven days.
