Coconuts hand-picked from a single family grove on the Malabar coast, sun-dried for a fortnight, then cold-pressed on a wooden chekku. Pours golden, smells like a tropical morning, and turns whisper-solid below 24°C. The way our grandmothers made it before "refined" became a word in oil.
A note from the kitchen
Each 500ml bottle takes about 30 mature coconuts. The chekku is the same one Mr. Pillai's grandfather built in 1962.

Shelf life
Best within 12 months. Below 24°C the oil solidifies — that's normal, not a defect.
